September 29, 2025 – The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), in partnership with Philippine Airlines (PAL), has launched a new exclusive travel perk for all active OWWA eCard holders, providing special discounts on domestic flights from September 29 to December 31, 2025.
Under this program, active OWWA members may avail of the following discounts:

10% OFF on Base Fare (Economy Value) for domestic flights

5% OFF on Economy Saver for domestic flights
To avail of the discount, OWWA eCard holders—whether presenting a physical or digital card—may purchase tickets at any PAL Ticket Office or Authorized Travel Agency nationwide. The promo covers all domestic flight tickets bought within the promotional period and may be used for flights starting September 29, 2025.
OWWA Administrator Patricia Yvonne Caunan welcomed the initiative, noting that the partnership underscores the agency’s mission to provide not only welfare protection but also meaningful benefits to OFWs and their families.
“This collaboration with PAL is a testament to our continued commitment to make life easier and more affordable for our OFWs. Through this, we ensure that every journey of our modern-day heroes comes with the care and support they deserve,” Administrator Caunan said.
PAL, for its part, expressed its strong support for the program, recognizing the vital contribution of OFWs to the nation.
Membership Reminder
OWWA also reminds its members that membership must be renewed every two (2) years. Renewal may be completed through the OWWA Mobile App, at any OWWA Regional Office in the Philippines, or via Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs) abroad.
