KUWAIT CITY, Nov 24 — Authorities in Kuwait have launched a full-scale investigation after the gruesome discovery of an Indian man’s body along the rocky coastal strip in the Fintas area on Sunday morning. The victim, born in 1985, was found with his hands severed, and the surrounding rocks soaked in blood — evidence pointing toward a violent and intentional killing.
Police immediately sealed off the area as the Public Prosecutor, along with the Forensic Evidence Department, carried out a comprehensive examination of the crime scene. Early forensic analysis confirmed that the case is a clear criminal act rather than an accident or natural death.
Following swift investigative operations, officers from Ahmadi Governorate arrested an expatriate Filipino who is suspected of involvement in the murder. The individual has been placed under the custody of the competent authorities for interrogation and further legal procedures.
Kuwaiti law enforcement agencies continue to investigate the motive behind the killing and are working to piece together the events leading to the incident. Officials have not released the identities of either the victim or the suspect, in accordance with ongoing investigative protocols.
Authorities affirm that updates will be provided once additional verified information becomes available.
