Refund 550 Pesos Terminal Fee at NAIA Steps

The MIAA had earlier assured that the amount of terminal fee collected from the OFWs may be refunded upon presentation of an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) at the terminal upon their arrival. (GMA NEWS )

Question: Where can I get the refund at NAIA?
Answer: At refund counters located right after immigration counters (on departure date) or at MIAA Administration Building, NAIA Complex, Pasay City

 

Procedure for passengers claiming on day of departure

  1. On Departure Date, exempted travelers will have to submit the following:
    1. Copy of passenger ticket
    2. Itinerary receipt / official receipt
    3. Invoice showing “Payment for Terminal Fee” with code “LI International”
  2. Surrender OEC -BALIK MANGGAGAWA for OFWs (airport copy)
  3. Present boarding pass for inspection

Procedure for passengers or authorized representatives claiming at MIAA Administration Building after departure date

  1. Present the following:
  • IPSC Refund Declaration
  • Copy of passenger ticket, itinerary receipt, official receipt or invoice showing “Payment for Terminal Fee” with code “LI International”
  • Show original boarding pass and submit a copy. Without original boarding pass, any of the following can be submitted.
  • Presentation of PASSPORT showing the passenger’s identity and date of departure OR
  • Certificate from the Air Carrier of the departure date of the passenger/s

If claiming  refund through a representative:

  1. On Departure Date, exempted travelers will have to submit the following:
    1. Copy of passenger ticket
    2. Itinerary receipt / official receipt
    3. Invoice showing “Payment for Terminal Fee” with code “LI International”
    4. Surrender OEC for OFWs (airport copy)
  2. Boarding pass
  3. Valid government ID with photograph of the authorized representative
