- Etimad Tawquia (Certificate of Authorized Signatory)
- Eden Amal (Work Permit)
- Agency / Company Registration Certificate
NOTE: Number 4, and 5 are STRICTLY with ENGLISH TRANSLATION

Verification of Contract is for:
- Transfer/Change of Company
- First time vacation with New Employer
- Change of Job Site
Payment :
- Contract Verification 3.250 KD
- OWWA Membership 8.000 KD/ 2 Years
