The Philippine Embassy Kuwait wishes to inform all Filipino in Kuwait that received several complaints against some unscrupulous -[: not honest or fair : doing things that are wrong, dishonest, or illegal] Filipino who are engaged in passport fixing activities victimizing our Kababayans ,who apparently can’t come to the Embassy to renew their passport because of their work schedule.These fixers asked their victims to their passport and pay huge and enormous amount.
