Kuwait City, Feb. 5 — Security authorities have launched an urgent investigation after a fetus was discovered inside a sewage pit in the Salmiya area.
According to a security source, a worker alerted authorities after making the disturbing discovery. Security officers and forensic teams immediately rushed to the scene and collected evidence to determine the circumstances of the incident.
