KUWAIT CITY, Oct 31: The Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Ahmad Abu Al-Zaid ordered an airline company to pay a Kuwaiti citizen compensation of KD 3,000 for delaying his flight, which upset him because he lost one day of his leave. Attorney Ali Al-Ali said the citizen had booked a flight from Kuwait to Kuala Lumpur via Abu Dhabi but the flight was postponed to the next day and he lost his flight from Abu Dhabi to Kuala Lumpur. He also lost one day of his leave and the charges for the hotel room he booked for that day.
