A “one-stop application” for overseas Filipino workers (OFW) designed to provide access to information and emergency assistance will be launched in July.
OFW party-list Rep. Marissa “Del Mar” Magsino said the OFW App will provide OFWs access to welfare assistance, various benefits, and access to emergency contact that connects directly to the Overseas Workers and Welfare Administration’s (OWWA) operation center, providing immediate support to OFWs in distress.

The OFW App, designed as an assistance and information outlet mobile application, will provide access to the user’s benefits in different government agencies and is expected to provide immediate assistance to those in distress and provide a venue for complaints and feedback.
