LuLu Hypermarket and LuLu Exchange Announce Strategic Partnership to Enhance Customer Rewards Through LuLu Happiness Loyalty Program

LuLu Hypermarket and LuLu Exchange have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at delivering enhanced value to customers across Kuwait by integrating LuLu Money remittance services with the LuLu Happiness Loyalty Program. The partnership was formally unveiled at an event held at the LuLu Hypermarket Head Office Kuwait on 15 June in the presence of senior management from both organizations.

Under the new collaboration, customers using LuLu Money services will now earn LuLu Happiness Points on eligible remittance transactions. These points can be seamlessly redeemed across LuLu Hypermarket outlets in Kuwait, creating a unified and rewarding customer experience that combines everyday financial transactions with retail benefits.

The initiative brings together two trusted brands within the LuLu ecosystem, enabling customers to maximize the value of both their remittance and shopping activities. By rewarding routine transactions, the partnership reinforces LuLu’s commitment to customer satisfaction and engagement.

A key feature of the partnership is the ability for customers to earn loyalty points on every eligible LuLu Money transaction, transforming regular remittance activity into tangible rewards. The accumulated points can be redeemed conveniently across LuLu Hypermarket stores and digital platforms, providing greater flexibility and convenience for customers.

The collaboration also introduces an enhanced referral program that rewards existing customers for recommending LuLu Money services to family and friends. The initiative is expected to support community-driven growth while strengthening customer loyalty across both brands.
