Despite struggling to speak, Balagoso can communicate through nodding and eye contact.

She wants to inform her family that they shouldn’t worry about her anymore, as she is on her way to recovery.

Dado said the Embassy will be covering Balagoso’s hospital expenses.

The 25-year-old single mother and breadwinner from Iloilo City arrived in Kuwait on December 2014 and has been working as household help from her employer ever since.

Balagoso’s relatives believed that her employer pushed her off the building and have called for justice.

The embassy’s legal time have filed frustrated murder charges against the employer.
