The Court of Cassation confirmed that a person found guilty of an indecent attack on an Asian woman, who then tragically committed su!cide by leaping from an apartment’s window, will serve ten years behind bars.
After the Public Prosecution filed charges, the accused was brought to trial. The prosecution claimed that the defendant unlawfully assaulted and s3xually interacted with the victim on the date of the incident.
According to the report, the perpetrator restrained b3at, and incapacitated the victim. The injuries were detailed in the medical report. As a result of the severity of the attack, the victim threw herself out of her apartment window.
