A Kuwaiti netizen has taken it to Facebook to express his love for the Filipinos but his dislike for the Philippine government.
Al Shatti Abu Jassem posted a video on Facebook, which has been viewed 2,058,290 times and shared 124,901 times.
In the video, he said that he loves Filipinos, but he hates the government, particularly the Bureau of Customs (BOC). Jassem says that the BOC takes everything from what the Filipinos send home.
He demonstrates how the BOC employees would open balikbayan boxes and ask for taxes.
He said he feels sorry for the Filipinos who have worked hard for their family, only to have their hard work taken from them.
